Summary:This research discuss Danone AQUA Group role in achieving Millennium Development Goals 2015, focusing in Education and Environment on two region Pasuruan and Sukabumi. Using Rational Choice Theory from Kegley and Witkopf, also Political CSR Concept by Scherer and Palazzo to analyze cause factors and describe role in achieve MDGs 2015 through CSR Practices. This Theory discuss steps in rational choice started from problem recognition, goal, identification of alternative, and choices. The findings in this study concluded that the cause or motivation corporate in achieving the MDGs divided into two factors: internal factors associated with the company obligation to fulfill public needs with the principle of voluntary because global regulatory vacuum, and government capacity. The external factors related to the dynamics of local communities condition in the area of company which the people's resistance exist against company operations that ultimately show rational gap of two factors.
