Hospital lately had developed in to a complex socio economic unit. Although it had been fence by medical ethic, but every hospital still seek for greater profit. This phenomenon realized by patient. And so lately the patient feels that they have rights to heal from their illness after they take the medication, in a hospital. There was a case happened at PM Yogyakarta Hospital. This hospital had been charge of malpractice in treated baby �U� in the couvies. The writer attracted to this case because baby �U� parents not suing the doctor, but the hospital. And they reported this hospital to the police after they had second opinion from other doctor and after they did not have clearly explanation from the hospital about their child�s illness. The general objective of this study is to know ethic, discipline, and law analytic in the management of baby �U� in couvies at PM Yogyakarta Hospital. The specific objectives are to know the chronologies and investigation process from the police, to know case and juridical analytic, to analyze this case from ethic point of view according KODEKI and KODERSI, to analyze this case from discipline point of view according Handbook of Medical Discipline, to analyze this case from law point of view according civil, criminal and Medical law. This is a case report study about the phenomenon of baby �U�s parents� demand to PM Yogyakarta Hospital. The Data taken from document that connected to this case, like medical record, etc and then this document analyzed from ethic, discipline and medical law point of view according standard operational procedure, KODEKI, KODERSI, Handbook of Medical Discipline and also civil, criminal and medical law. There were no cupa lata found in this case because all of the procedures had followed the standard operational procedure. Nevertheless, there were a lot of medical ethic and discipline law that should understand by all doctor whose practice medicine.
