Summary: | This research aimed to analyze the impact of residential relocation to the
change in social and economic condition of the beneficiary. Then, the change is
used to analyze whether is it related to the decision for selling or putting out to
lease the relocations house. It is used primary data collect by quantitative and
qualitative method through 68 samples which are chosen by area sampling
method. The focus of sample is for houses which are built at 2008-2010.
Variables applied covers perception about taste of relocation house, perception of
change in social and economic condition, perception of housing characteristics,
and perception of the existence of another residential. This research used mixed
method for analyzing and interpreting the result. Binary responds model used as
quantitative analysis. The result shows that there is no significantly change in
social and economic condition of the beneficiary. Logistics model indicates no
direct correlation between perception of the change in social economic condition
to the decision for selling or renting the relocation house. |
