Agus Budi Santosa, M.S. ETD Sambiloto (Andrographis paniculata NESS) is a tropical plant that grows in Indonesia. Sambiloto are highly efficacious, yet was has not been widely used in modern medicine. This study aimed to determine the ability of Sambiloto leaves to the slash healing on the dog which given topically by looking at the microscopic appearance. The materials used in this study are dog, fresh sambiloto leaves, sambiloto powder, Enbatic ® powder, ivermectin, parvovirus vaccine, alcohol 70%, soap, sufficient dried dog food and the general anesthetic combination of ketamine acepromazine. The operation of making the slashes to the adapted dog was done immediately. Cuts were made from the skin to the subshell on every left and right flanks before stitched.
