and explanation about deed of sale in which the object is an agricultural soil. For
the life of society, land is very important and useful and can�t be separated from
any human action itself, because the land is a place for people to live and continue
their life. A land can be owned with a valid certificate registered in the Kantor
Pertanahan. The status of the land ownership can be switch-over through several
legal actions such as buying and selling, bequest, testament and others. Not all of
land or soil can be easily made as an object for buying or selling, such as
agricultural land. An Agricultural land cannot be sold by a party if he/she is not
live in the same district where the land is located. However, to address this issue,
IPPT or Permit to change the utilization of the Land is the right solution.
The purpose of the internship is to meet the graduation requirements of
Program Diploma 3 Hukum Sekolah Vokasi Universitas Gadjah Mada. In
addition, as an application of knowledge in the internship work place for the sakes
of growing and developing the writer�s experience about a professional worker,
and as an awareness of the writer as candidate of a professional worker who will
responsible for the future jobs. So the writer may have a very important and useful
experience for the future career as well. The Benefits of the Internship is to get an
in-depth knowledge about the profession duties and public Notary - PPAT.
IPPT or Permit to change the utilization of the Land is a permit for land
utilizing which an individual must have if he will change the allotment of an
agricultural land into a non-agricultural land for the sakes of building a private
homes / individuals, and for that purpose, he will be given as wide as 5000m2
(five thousand square meters) of the land. Buying and selling an agricultural land
with a non local domicile buyer is done by creating a buying and selling
agreement and then followed by applying an IPPT request to the Dinas
Pengendalian Pertanahan Daerah and when the status of the land has been turned
into a garden soil, then the deed of selling and buying can be made. |
