| Summary: | Daily census consists of inpatient and outpatient care is the basic data to be processed in the form of information that is useful to report hospital. Among other things useful to know the level of hospital efficiency through the computation graph Barber Johnson, decision making, reporting morbidity and mortality. While, the daily census outpatient and emergency department visits are used for compliance reporting, disease index, report 10 outpatient disease, as well as the fulfillment of the index report treating physician outpatient. At the time of execution of a preliminary study conducted on daily census of emergency unit in Bethesda Hospital still found blankness several items of data including a doctor as much as 87.13% of code that is used to find a doctor who has been given the responsibility to carry out checks on the patient concerned, the recipe as much as 100% used in drug delivery is right for the patient, and the diagnosis of external causes as much as 37.37% for reviewing the accuracy of the diagnosis of the patient's injury.
The general objective of this study was to determine the occupancy data item in the daily census of emergency unit in Bethesda Hospital Yogyakarta. This type of research is descriptive qualitative approach. The study design is a case study. Data collection techniques in this study is the observation, interviews, and documentary studies. Research subjects in this study were the administrative officers on emergency unit, a Daily Census officers on duty Outpatient on emergency unit Daily Census process, one doctor on emergency unit, and Head of the Medical Record. Object of this research is the process of implementation of activities and daily census sheets in Bethesda Hospital Yogyakarta.
At Bethesda Hospital Yogyakarta still occur blankness multiple data items on the daily census sheets IGD period January-December 2013 amounted to 365 sheets file consisting of 6,731 cases of patients injured by a doctor's code percentage 89.24% |
