Has implemented to the job training in ranch of Tombo Ati Stable, villages Butuh, subdistrict of Tengaran, Semarang regency on April 7 until 12 2013. The goal of this job trainingis to know and study about treatment management and training of race horse in ranch of Tombo Ati Stable, village of Butoh, subdistrict of Tengaran, Semarang regency. The material used for the final project is the location of the job training in ranch of Tombo Ati Stable with methods that do include observation of interview and direct observation or partake to work at the time of the job training. The population data of horse that obtained during on the job training is 58. The management that applied in ranch of Tombo Ati Stable is management groming exercise, nail care, attachment and replacement of tapel have qualify though there are still some shortcomings, as well as about training of race horse employed by this ranch has bee n very good. It can be conclude based on observation and comparison of literature.
