The observation risale showed little differences between wound healing of incised wound on Group A and B. Group B showed reduction of swollen wounds at the day 5 and Group A at the day 4. On 7 th day, both groups did not show any redness wounds. The linkage of wound edge of both groups were completed at 5 day. Wetness wounds were completely healed at the days 3 on Group A and the day 4 on Group B. Based on the results and discussion, it could be concluded that both treatment groups showed primary wound healing . The length of the wound healing process was not significantly different.
