This final report describes the architecture of The Arrangement and Preservation of Archives in BPAD Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Archive architecture is the information recorded in the form of a special or unique because it is usually known as a blue print archives (blueprint). The goal of treatment for managing archives in the archive for easy retrieval and preservation is maintaining the physical security of the records and archives so that the physical contents of the information can be accessed and maintained properly and can be used in the long term. This final report uses three methods. The method consists of observation, interview and evaluation. First observation of conduct field surveys to conduct research on the object of direct observation. The second interview is to collect data by conducting the interview/officer in charge of the arrangment and preservation of architectural archives. And the last one is the analysis of data that measure the degree of validity of the data. The third method is needed in order to expedite the preparation of the final project. The main conclusion of this final report is that the arrangement and preservation of archives is needed in handling archives perishable one archive architecture. The arrangment and preservation activities are conducted in BPAD Provinsi DKI Jakarta already performing well in accordance with established procedures. Constraints in the implementation of the arrangement and preservation is not too difficult to overcome, with the tool support for keeping the archive of information security. The main obstacle in the implementation of conservation is to address the lack of human resources that will be digitizing the archive.
