Serum was separated by centrifugator (8 minutes at 8000 round per minute). Phosphorus serum was analyzed using Beckman counter method. The data were analyzed using t-Test. The results showed that the serum level of phosphorus of non laying ducks was 3,75 ± 0,74 mg/dl, whereas the phosphorus serum level of laying ducks was significantly higher, 7,72 ± 0,47 mg/dl (P<0.05). Based on the results, it could be concluded that blood phosphorus level of female adult ducks was influenced by reproduction status.
