Theme of this report is mailhandling which the title is Mailhandling In Seksi Administrasi, Keuangan dan Umum Faculty of Cultural Sciences Gadjah Mada University. Purpose theme is to give the knowledge as long as study in Diploma III Programe Archival Studies, then to know of the tool, constraints and process of the mailhandling in Seksi Administrasi, Keuangan dan Umum Faculty of Cultural Sciences Gadjah Mada University Using in this report are some methods of the collecting data. The methods are observation-participation, interview, and literature study. Observation-participation is observation and participation directly in office to do practice. Interview is asking informant to get some informations. Then literature study is to read some books to be reference in this final report. The conclusion of this report is the register, control and finding letter by using the agenda book, then process of the mailhandling in Seksi Administrasi, Keuangan dan Umum Faculty of Cultural Sciences Gadjah Mada University is good and easy to understand.
