Summary:Bali is a breath of tourism activities for the economic, social and cultural Balinese. The large donation was able to lift the image of Bali as one of the best destinations in Indonesia. However unwittingly floating holidays Bali during this turns out to give a negative impact on economic sectors, social, cultural and environmental. Conception of tourism development in Bali opening the gates for the influx of tourists to continues consume natural resources and human resources. This raises concerns about the sustainability of tourism in Bali. The change trend of tourists from mass tourist into special interest is cool for world tourism. Ecotourism be one answer to minimize the impact of tourism. Ecotourism is very berorintasi on preserving the natural environment, respect for local culture, contribute to the economic life of the local community. This study was intended to discuss the philosophy of Tri Hita Karana is parhyangan , palemahan , and pawongan with the concept of ecotourism is a middle ground in the development of tourism Desa Pakraman Piling. Implementation of the values of Tri Hita Karana and ecotourism values are expected to reduce the negative impacts of tourism activities while providing economic contribution to society. This research method is descriptive research method. Primary sources are the result of field observation, in-depth interviews and secondary sources are books, articles, journals and website pages. The results of the data processed using inductive descriptive techniques.
