Summary:The aims of the research is to know the effect of 7 weeks food restriction towards body weight, scrotal circumference and sperms total per ejaculation on Kacang buck. The material needs is 6 healthy Kacang buck. The bucks are raised in an individual stall sized 2m x 1m. They are adaptized first for 4 weeks. After the adaptation period, the goats then devided into 2 treatment groups, which are the control groups and restriction groups. The treatment period is 7 weeks. During the treatment, the control groups are given the same foods as the adaptation period, while the restriction groups are given 40% of the adaptation period. The observed parameter is the wight changing and scrotal circumference and sperms total per ejaculation which is evaluated at the end of the treatment period. The results shows that the control group�s body weight change is 10,65+0,1 kg and 0,05+2,1 kg on restriction groups. The scrotal circumference measurement shows that the control group�s scrotal circumference change is about 2,37+0,65 cm, while in restriction -0,9+1,34 cm. On the calculation of total sperms of each ejaculation shows that its average in control group�s 1,361 x 106 sperm cells, while in restriction group�s 1,077 x 106 sperm cells. It is concluded that 7 weeks food restriction causes a significant different change in body weight and scrotal circumference between control and restriction groups (p<0,05), but it hasn�t caused a significant different change on sperms total per ejaculation (p>0,05).
