Firm performance is measured by return on asset, Tobinâ��s Q and Economic Value Added. Multiple regression and logistic regression are used to analyze the data and to test the hypothesis. Results from this study indicate that ownership concentration, institutional ownership, foreign ownership, firm growth, and business risk has a positive and significant effect on firm performance. The result also shows that leverage and tangibility has a negative and significant effect on firm performance.
