Gallon is a major component in the paint industry as a place / container paint. Due to the large demand for paint and paint the number on the back so it takes many gallons are to be made, while the company only has a few mold to the size of 2.5 kg. So to overcome this additional required mold, making the production process more gallons. The purpose of making this mold is to know the process of making the mold gallons of paint 2.5 kg and is able to analyze the results of a product defect injection and solution. In making this final project with some machining process. Process of mold using multiple machines including CNC milling machine, lathe machine, EDM machine, milling machine and surface grinding machines. And for the process of merging the parts are combined using hois mold or crane. Mold is starting to be produced if the products are produced in accordance with the provisions of the factory. To find a good product yield and production ready done some experiments that the injection process. From the results of several experiments, there are three outcomes, namely flashing defects, uneven thickness and the locking lid tightly gallon less.
