Ngadirgo Village, Mijen subdistrict, Semarang City, in Central Java is an example
area that has implement land consolidation. The activities have been conducted since
2012 which involved 150 participants with a total of 151 land parcels consisting of
150 field plots of land owned by residents and 1 area as public facility. This land
consolidation activities was finished at the same year.
The study was conducted to determine the area of new located land whether it
was appropriate or not appropriate after the consolidation of land. The study was
conducted by comparing the maps before and after land consolidation. The data used
are areas of land, the owners name, field identification number, and land value
corresponding to the certificates, reports data from land consolidation APBN from
the annual budget of 2012 Ngadirgo Village, maps of land value information, and the
news events of coordination team meeting of land consolidation. This analysis
focused on the shape changes, area changes, the number of field plot changes, and
land value changes after land consolidation. Identification of those changes were
done visually and from the attribute data of the two maps. Land area and land value
after and before land consolidation were calculated on maps attribute data by using
both ArcGIS 10 software and Microsoft Excel 2007 software.
Implementation of land consolidation in Ngadirgo Village has fullfilled the
basic principles of land consolidation, which are the land parcels shape become
regular and face the streets. However, there are land parcels which have smaller areas
and bigger areas after land consolidation respectively 19.33% and 80% that is 29
parcels and 120 parcels at total each. There are no changes for the number of field
plots in this implementation of land consolidation. All parcels have higher land value
after land consolidation, the highest is Rp. 33,840,000,- and the lowest is Rp.
