This land consolidation activities was finished at the same year. The study was conducted to determine the area of new located land whether it was appropriate or not appropriate after the consolidation of land. Identification of those changes were done visually and from the attribute data of the two maps. Land area and land value after and before land consolidation were calculated on maps attribute data by using both ArcGIS 10 software and Microsoft Excel 2007 software. Implementation of land consolidation in Ngadirgo Village has fullfilled the basic principles of land consolidation, which are the land parcels shape become regular and face the streets. However, there are land parcels which have smaller areas and bigger areas after land consolidation respectively 19.33% and 80% that is 29 parcels and 120 parcels at total each. There are no changes for the number of field plots in this implementation of land consolidation. All parcels have higher land value after land consolidation, the highest is Rp. 33,840,000,- and the lowest is Rp. 1,248,000,-.
