This graduating paper explains about the public relation works in Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI) Yogyakarta. The writer also explains about public relation works that RRI does especially by division of services and business development. The data for this graduating paper were collected from February 2014 to June 2014. There research methods used are interview, library research, and internet research. The writer interview RRI staffs, which have duties similar to public relation works mentioned in Frank Jefkins book, those was done by services and business development division. Related books and articles from the internet are used to enrich the data. The result of this graduating paper concludes that the public relation works of RRI are done by division of services and business development that it is divided into three sections. Public services section, public communication section and business development section. Public relation work that is done by public services section is managing exhibition event including preparing the material. Public relation work that is done by public communications is creating identities of company. Public relation works that are done by business development section are writing and printing the history of company, managing all about sponsorship of public relation, cataloging, and organizing.
