This research aims to determine the species of insects that visit the flower of orchids both inside and outside of green house, on spesies of flower Vanda tricolor, Coelogyne speciosa, longifolia Coelogyne, Eria oblitterata, Dendrobium secundum, Dendrobium mutabile and Appendicula reflexa. This study aims to identify what species insects that visiting on orchid flowers and determine the insect visitors that found, only visited one or several spesies of orchids on inside and outside the green house natural orchid farmer group \"ALAMI\",. Describe the orchid flowers morphology associated with insect visitors morphology. Observations of insect visitors has to do with visuals, were then conducted a documentation during orchid plants flowering in November to December. Measurement of environmental factors (air temperature, light intensity and air humidity). Analysis of structure the insect communities are inside and outside of green house with the Shannon-Wienner index and Evenness Index. Descriptive Analysis about correlation of the morphology of the orchid flower with insect visitors. The results showed that the insect visitors on 7 species of orchids are found during the observation on inside and outside the green house that is genus Anoplolepis, Xylocopa, Camptomyia, Clytellus, Orchestes, Stagmomantis and Ligocoris found in Vanda tricolor |
