Organisms exposed with noise will experience stress, can trigger complex physiological response mechanism, and change behavior. The body�s adaptation against stress involves the coordination of nervous and hormonal system. It will affect behavioral and physiological changes. Liver is an important organ to store glycogen. In stress condition liver will trigger either glycogenolysis or gluconeogenesis to maintain body�s glucose rate in normal value. These processes may give effect on liver�s function and structure. This research was aimed to study the effect of noise exposure on the behavior, function and structure of Wistar female albino rat�s liver (Rattus norvegicus Berkenhout, 1769). These 48 individuals were divided into 6 groups, namely control and treatment 1
