Description
Summary:Oil and gas exploration, which continuous to extend into the deep water ocean that make technological development of offshore structure becomes more complex. Floating, Production, Storage, and Offloading (FPSO) is one of the technologies which is developed for the deep water exploration. This study focus on risers support structure that used in the FPSO system. There are two analysis performed in this final assignment, that is inplace analysis and transportation analysis in the fabrication yard using Self-Propelled Modular Transporter (SPMT). Analysis perform with assistance of computer program SAP2000. In transportation analysis, SPMT is modelled as spring that represent the hydraulic cylinders and tires of the SPMT. From the analysis result obtained that the springs provide attenuation of 2,45% - 21,18% of the displacement load. Due to the attenuation, the stress ratio of the structure is lower than structure modelled with pin support. In inplace analysis, structure is loaded by environment load and risers load. Loadings applied to the structure divided into three condition that is operating, extreme, and survival. From the analysis result concluded that the risers support structure is able to resist the loadings applied. Deflection of the structure due to the wave loading follows the sinusoidal function.
