SISTEM PERKIRAAN BAHAYA TSUNAMI DI INDONESIA MENGGUNAKAN INFERENSI FUZZY

Indonesia is one of the worlds most earthquake-prone countries. Besides, an earthquake can trigger tsunami. However, controlling tsunami visually is a hard task to do. In order to overcome this obstacle, there is a step in the form of fuzzy logic-based system development used to estimate tsunami...

Besides, an earthquake can trigger tsunami. However, controlling tsunami visually is a hard task to do. In order to overcome this obstacle, there is a step in the form of fuzzy logic-based system development used to estimate tsunami hazard. In this research, a desktop application which acquire a XML extension file from Indonesian Agency for Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics (BMKG) public server to database system is developed. The acquired data is processed based on rule base using Mamdani implication. The results of this research is a system which has ability to calculate tsunami hazard approximation.
