Summary: | The practise of corruption in Indonesia which hold almost all governmental
institution dan bureucration was viewed as a problem and its handling possessed
a serious attention. Although corruption was generally defined as misapplication
of public authorities for personal gain, individual corrupt behavior often consist
due to encouragement based on others� interest. This concept of corruption in
Psychology coming within patterned prosocial corruption trend. Building on
hypothesis that bureucratical perception, motivation of affiliation, and altruism
had a correlation to patterned prosocial corruption trend simultaneously, this
research was held. From some analysis test series of factor analysis exploratory
method and gradual regression models, the result showed that procedural
rigidity factor and superiority helping behavior factor had a positive and strong
correlation to patterned prosocial corruption trend. Whereas isolation orientation
factor had a negative and strong correlation to patterned prosocial corruption
trend. Procedural rigidity factor has 43.9% contribution and superiority helping
behavior factor has 29.1% contribution positively. Meanwhile, isolation orientation
factor has 26.2% contribution negatively. |
