Summary:Interpersonal relationship is important because a major source of happiness and a buffer against stress. Interpersonal relationship also able to increase the employee satisfaction that will be affect to organizational outcomes. Based on that case, researcher want to know how representation of interpersonal relationship between coworker in the company. Based on that problems, the aim of this study was to describe patterns of interpersonal relationship among co-workers in a company that has a working relationship and to develop components or important aspects of interpersonal relationships in the company. This research used exploratory method. Data retrieval in the form of distribution of questionnaires which contains open-ended questions to be able to explore how the interpersonal relationships interwoven in 2 organizations and the important aspects of the relation which will then be carried out in-depth interviews to get a more focused answer. The analysis will be conducted using two stages, that are crosstab analysis and coding analysis. Respondents in this study were employees occupying the same position or level that works interconnected. Research show the patterns of interpersonal relationships among co-workers in work established in promotive interaction, and non work interaction established in united interaction. That pattern of interpersonal relationships are supported by personal character who dominated with high agreeableness and openness. In other that, background similarity (age, marital status, and job), same purpose and knowledge also support to form the positive interpersonal relation.
