Summary: | GMP Inspectorate is part of the The National Agency of Drug and Food
Control which have supervision on therapeutic products, both pre and post-market.
One of the strategies on internal policy and Renstra document is strengthening ICT
towards integrated supervision. However at this time to integrate between
directorate in order to support business process of therapeutic supervision is still a
challenge. To facilitate supervision process of therapeutic products, the exchange
and the availability of information between directorates is needed. Meanwhile, the
development of information system is limited in the internal GMP Inspectorate
only.
To facilitate those problems, specially in the supervision process of
therapeutic products, this research has been proposed an architecture solution. The
architecture is built using two methods, which are SSM as a research structure and
TOGAF as an EA framework. To optimize the benefits of EA, this study uses the
concept of SOA in interpreting business services into technology. Researchers use
TOGAF version 9.1 which offers one package design tools that support SOA. SOA
is needed in order to build data services that required by supervision process of
therapeutic products.
The proposed model of EA, resulted in four architectural. Architecture are
vision architecture, business architecture contains 9 business areas supervisory, 24
business functions and 25 information service, also information systems
architecture that produces 9 blocks system with 30 applications and the last is
technology architecture. This proposed EA is also accompanied by guidances that
can be provided as recommendations to support the implementations of supervision
system of therapeutic products, represented in the opportunities and solution,
migration planning, implementation governance and change management |
