The presence of problems on trains crossing doorstop current, use a static method of closing and the lack of centralized monitoring, control and collection of data backup in realtime. the closure of the research done by crossing doorstop train speed and a SCADA system that can perform basic monitoring, control and data acquisition in the field reserves. SCADA consists of hardware and software are integrated with each other so that they can perform the basic tasks of the SCADA system. In this study, the hardware is divided into several parts (modules) one of them a PMB-648 GPS receiver used in the RTU module Trains as a detector location and speed of trains with an Arduino microcontroller as a processing unit. Data communication device used in this system is a wireless XBee that is easy to use and has the advantage of using a low power supply and use the software that is used as a design WonderwareIntouch HMI (Human Machin Interface) of a SCADA system architectures. From the results, the results of the application of a SCADA system at train crossings palnag constructed prototype. Data field data can be displayed on the HMI and entered in the database, the backup control can solve problems that occur in trains and railway crossings doorstop. and closing the portal system can perform based on the speed of the train is divided into several levels. For the most accurate GPS readings obtained a value of 10.6 m, the reading speed of a train that has a percentage of 83.4% accuracy.
