Summary:Mahkamah Agung R.I currently promoting the program to improve service to the public based on Undang-undang No.14 tahun 2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik and 2010-2035 Mahkamah Agung R.I blueprint emphasizes disclosure of information, especially the judiciary. One of the program to execute the law was then made a search of the SIPP which is where information on ongoing cases can be known by the public to replace the existing manual system. Implementation of these systems raises concerns about the acceptance of the users. Whether the system can be well received or even vice versa, which resulted in the disclosure of information to the public to be blocked. This analysis using Technology Readiness and Acceptance Model which is a model of the result from the integration between Technology Readiness Index (TRI) and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). With these models is expected to measure the level of user acceptance of the Case Tracking System on Mahkamah Agung R.I in general and Pengadilan Tinggi in West Borneo in particular. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Part modeling technique Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the level of user acceptance SIPP to be in pretty good category, which means users receive a SIPP presence in their neighborhood but not optimal in their utilization. There were 11 hypotheses were tested in this study, the results showed that the variables contained in the TRAM models tested in this study there is an effect and some that do not affect user acceptance SIPP.
