Business plan can also be used as a tool to seek funding from third parties, such as banks, investors, and financial institutions (Rangkuti, 2006). The purpose of the business plan according Rangkuti (2006) is that the business activities to be carried out or in progress remains on track as planned. In addition, a business plan is a guide to refine the plan that we expect, as you may know the purpose, direction, and how to achieve goals. The purpose of this research is to create an ideal business plan for a combining modern and traditional restaurant. The combining restaurant called RMTM, the concept is to create a modern concept restaurant but the menu is a traditional Indonesian food. Indonesia has many kind of traditional, that�s why we have to conserve our Indonesian taste food. First part of this business plan is creating vision a mission of this restaurant. The second parts is analysis of the market and create the marketing strategy, and then the third part to analyze operational planning, human resource planning, financial planning, and also risk management for this business plan. To create a business, we have to remember that the business that we create have a positive impact on social environment, that is why in this business plan also analysis about environment impact.
