Research of �Juridical Review Assignment Of Subdistrict Head As Temporary Land Certificate Officer Maker In City Of Yogyakarta� purposes to know, learn, and deeply analize about reason and assignment implementation of Temporary Land Certificate Officer Maker and how it due to the assignment of Temporary Land Certificate Officer Maker against to Land Certificate Officer Maker and access public services in Yogyakarta city. This research involve empirical juridical approach. Data used are primary and secondary. Primary data gained by interview and secondary data gained by having book literature. Interview was conducted to numbers of responden which is chief officer national land agency Special Province of Yogyakarta, Subsdistrict Head as Temporary Land Certificate Maker, Land Certificate Maker and society. Result of the research shows there are wisdoms to fulfill need of society in the creating of certificate regarding right of land that applied by chief officer national land agency in Special Province of Yogyakarta regarding assignment Subsdistrict Head as Temporary Land Certificate Maker while the Time Formation of Land Certificate Officer Maker have show sufficient number. Assignment of Subsdistrict Head as Temporary Land Certificate Officer Maker has influence to Land Certificate Officer Maker and society who work in the same area. Influence caused for Land Certificate Officer Maker was different treatment if there any certificate law exist created by Temporary Land Certificate Officer Maker if registered, while influence to society they will have other alternative in finishing certificate for right of their land.
