Woman after diagnose HIV increase risk sexuality problem. Anxiety, panic, inability to accept the conditions and low knowledge about good sexual behaviour can worsen HIV status and relationship with a partner is not in harmony Purpose: assess changes in sexual behavior before, the time of diagnosis, and current as well as identify the causes of changes in the behavior of female sexuality after a diagnosis of HIV / AIDS inner city Yogyakarta . Methode: Qualitative research with a phenomenological approach, semi-structured interviews with in dept interviews. 6 Participants were women of reproductive age, diagnosed with HIV between 1-2 years before study, has been or ever married, agreed to be interviewed, and be able to tell a good experience with her sexuality. Analysis of the data using Collaizy (Streubert, 2013) Hasil: before diagnosis frequency sesual relationship there that is rarely due to divorce with a spouse and away from the boyfriend, and there are still routine, sexual behavior also varies Being there who use oral, anal and masturbated to couples. Masturbated partner because female participants in a being sick and to maintain the integrity of the relationship. Before the diagnosis of sexual desire in most of the participants did not experience a decline. When diagnosed with the disorder, and currently some desire disorder. Causal factor that changes sexual behavior is a condition of pain, impaired self-image, increasing socio-economic burden, change partners, and cultural influences Conclusion: Frequency changes from previous relationships routinely be stopped temporarily or become rare at diagnosis and get back in touch today . The desire of a prior diagnosis was higher in some participants , decreased desire when diagnosed and then when it has returned to normal in some women . Form of sexual behavior before diagnosis did variasa oral and anal , at the time of diagnosis is just plain over the bottom , then at this time there is re-use through oral variation . Causes of sexual behavior change in women after diagnosis of HIV AIDS Participants likely due to physical factors , psychological , social and cultural
