This study focused on predicting the internal force of a hanger with solid circular cross section using vibration method. The lengths of specimen were 100cm and 140 cm long with 1 inch diameter(measured from center to center of supports). Several types of support (pinned-pinned) were applied with various axial forces. In every applied force the natural frequency was recorded. The results showed that the addition of axially tensile force causes an increase in the natural frequencies, and otherwise the axially compression force causes a decrease in the natural frequency. The greater the axial force the larger the prediction of the axial force deduced from theoretical vibration equation. .Pinned-pinned type of supports and various axially tensile and compression loads were applied. The supports were shaped and manufactured in such to comply with ideal pinned-pinned condition by inserting bearings of 10 ton capacity inside the confining system. In every applied load the natural frequency was recorded and analyzed. In addition, both beams in axially compression (100cm and 140cm) indicate better conformity between experimental and theoretical results. Beyond 45% of their critical loads the relationship between experiment and theory do no longer confirm since beams have reached their buckling zone.For axial tensile testing and axial press on this research result of fads 1 better, approaching the theoretical analysis, the results are compared to results mode 2 or mode 3, this is because of the noise the guess is too large.
