This study aims to examine the moderating moderation effect of computer self-efficacy on technostress creators to end-user satisfaction and end-user performance. Hypothesis testing is quantitative, the data obtained through a survey of 66 respondents end-user accounting information system in the College of State agencies, private college and government with a purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing using simple regression analysis for hypotheses 1, 2 and 5, while hypotheses 3 and 4 using the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study significance that technostress negative impact on end-user performance and not significance on end-user satisfaction on the other hand the influence of end-user satisfaction of the end-user performance is not significance, while the variable Computer Self-efficacy is significance as a moderator between technostress to end-user satisfaction and end-user performance.
