Summary: | This study aims to examine the moderating moderation effect of
computer self-efficacy on technostress creators to end-user satisfaction and
end-user performance. Hypothesis testing is quantitative, the data obtained through
a survey of 66 respondents end-user accounting information system in the College of
State agencies, private college and government with a purposive sampling method.
Hypothesis testing using simple regression analysis for hypotheses 1, 2 and 5, while
hypotheses 3 and 4 using the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA).
The results of this study significance that technostress negative impact on
end-user performance and not significance on end-user satisfaction on the other hand
the influence of end-user satisfaction of the end-user performance is not significance,
while the variable Computer Self-efficacy is significance as a moderator between
technostress to end-user satisfaction and end-user performance. The results of this
study have implications theoretically to evaluate TAM theory which had already used
and are practical for education in the application of the accounting information
system of cognitive towards practical
