The water can be purified first by identifying the types of pollutant. There are two types of physical water pollutant, which are suspended particles and colloids. Both can be expressed by the measure of turbidity level. Measuring the polluted number, PPM (part per millions) is a complicated step. Micro bubble technique was used for removal of the suspended particles. The representative of suspended particles is CMC (Carboxy Mectril Cellulose) polluted water. The laminar micro air bubbles movement-up give the lift-up suspended particles effect. An experimental setup is established to study the development of micro size air bubbles in a vertical water column of 100 mm W x 100 mm L x 240 mm H. Porous sintered glass with porosities of 1 to 10 m, 10 to 16 m and 16 to 40 m, are used to produce micro size bubbles. Compressed air limited at pressure of 16 kPa and flow of 0.6 l/min is forced through the diffuser (sintered glass) at the bottom of the water column. The minimum of turbidity and the PPM comparable was studied and found 3.373 NTU (Nephelometric Turbidity Unit) or similar with 1169.135 PPM of CMC impurities in distilled water. The maximum efficiency of turbidity decreasing was reached at the first hour of aeration (0.16 NTU/liter).
