This paper analysed the policy which changed the status of Jayapura administrative city in to autonomous Jayapura Municipality in accordance to the regulation No. 6l1993, and was officiated on Sept 21, 1993. The research aimed at evaluating the possible impacts that Jayapura regency had resuiting from the enadment of the policy . The impacts observed were respecttvety in pairs, positive & negative, temporary & permanent, and expected & unexpected ones. |
