Summary:ABSTRAK The research was conducted to study the production and dry matter and organic matter digestibility of forages (covet crops) growing under rubber trees plantation. Shading caused by different stages of rubber trees affects temperature, light intensity, humidity (environment) in rubber plantations. These factors affect growth and yield of forages. There were 3 plots in rubber trees plantation, ages of 1, 3 and 5 years old. Each of its was treated three different cutting interval, 45, 60, 75 days. Each of treatment consisted of 5 sub-plots as replicate which were harvested three times after initial cutting (1st, 2nd and 3th regrowth). There were some species forages in rubber plantations, namely Pueraria javanica, Centrosema pubescens, wild grasses and weed. Dry matter and organic matter yield of forages harvested from 1 year old of age rubber trees plantation was the highest and dominated by Pueraria javanica. Dry matter and organic matter yield of forages harvested from 3 year old of age rubber trees plantation have decreased values and there were no Pueraria javanica on rubber trees plantation age of 5 year old (P
