Abstrak The main task of Community Health Center Reproductive Health Committee is doing the implementation of and preparing reports on all aspects related to integrated service of reproductive health at Community Health Center. One aspect which can influence the work outcomes of the committee is support from the organization, particularly from Head of the Center and his/her leadership style. The study was proposed to identify the relatonship between leadership style of Head of Community Health Center at Pasuruan District and the work outcomes of Reproductive Health Committee. This was a non experimental type of study which used a cross sectional design. The location of the study was Pasuruan District, Province of Jawa Timur. The population was reproductive health committee which consisted of 73 samples, including committee members and Head of Community Health Center. Quantitative data were collected through answers of questionnaires which were then descriptively and analytically processed using product moment correlation and linear regression statistical test. The average value of Laissez-faire (LF) leadership style was the lowest, i. e. 8.21, followed by Management-by-exception (ME) which was 15.33 and Contingent-reward (CR), the highest, which was 18.22. The study obtained that CR leadership style had obviously significant positive relationship with Reproductive Health Committee entire work outcomes keywords: leadership style, reproductive health committee
