Therefore it was possible to predict stem diameter. This research was carried out in teak plantation of Paqarsore Forest Resort, Cepu Forest District, Forest State Enterprise Unit I Central Java. Data were collected from various stand age and site index classes such as from IV and sample plots of 0,1256 ha each, were distributed proportionally over the whole stand area. Plots made on the aerial photographs were cross checked on the ground. Stem diameter was measured on ground plot, while crown diameter and stand height were measured on aerial photographs. The result was a regression equation Db = 1,3712 (Dt * T) - 0,0201 pt * T2) - 15,9013 Dt - 6,1574 with R2 = 63,90 % and SE = 8,2317 cm per tree.
