Different combination of physiographic features such as climate, soils and topography lead to different dominant plant communities. This natural relationship is modified by human land management. This research was conducted to recognize the characteristics of undergrowth community growing under the teak stands managed under different management regime (MR) systems. Eight releves were chosen representing each MR The square plots of lx1 m were located systematically in each releves with I 00x200 m distance between each other. Principle Component Analysis (PCA) method was used to identify undergrowth community types. The results of the experiment showed that undergrowth community could be ordinated into three communities, namely A, B and C community. A community was found under the teak forest managed under MR land MR III systems. This community was characterized by Eupatorium pallescens and Ageratum conyzoides. B and C communities occurred under the teak forest managed under MR IV system. B community was only characterized by E. pallescens. C community was characterized by 5 species, i.e Panicum distachyum, E. pallescens, Elepanthopus scaber, Andropogon aciculatus, and Mucuna pruniens.
