| Summary: | We reported 5 cases of Leptospirosis with cerebral infarction, who had been hospitalized at RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, from August until November 2004. There were many variations of the clinical manifestation, there were variations of neurology deficits and slight systemic disturbances. Laboratory finding was positive of Leptospira from dark-field examination. Head CT Scanning findings were cerebral infarction and cerebritis. The patients were live from different area and there were many variation different profession. We couldn't find history of relation contact with rat or another animal. The prognosis were good, except one patient was died. |
