This research has found that woman labors at PT Pagilaran have multi functions, they are housewives because of destiny and tradition, and on the other hand they are members of the family who can work outside their house to support additional family income.
They are used to working and they realize it but those multifunctions aren't as personal pride. Their contribution in the family income is 38 percent of average, they spend about 7 hours on economic activities and 10 hours on non economic activities each day. Although their contribution on family income is rather small, but also have role on the decision making in their household.
