The aims of this research are: (1) knowing the demographic and social economic characteristic of commuter and the factors that influence it.' (2) knowing the impact of commuting mobility on the labour force and the factors that influence the availability of agricultural labour force. For at purpose this research is handled by using survey method taking the areas of research in Modopuro village, Mojokerto Regency. The number 66 farmer households who execute commuting mobility. The samples are taken by means of proportional random sampling. The analysis used are tabulation analysis and multiple regression. From this research, it concluded that: The factors that obviously influence the commuting mobility are commuter income, number of household family at working age, distance of living place and location work and farming income. The existance of commuting mobility can reduce the availability of agricultural labour force in Modopuro village. Factor that obviously influence of availability of agricultural labour force are the income offarmers' effort, commuting mobility income, number of household family, number of migrant in the household, commuting mobility and the need of agricultural labour force.
