| Summary: | ABSTRACT
The experiment was conducted to study the effect of protein level containing semilar total digestible nutrient (TDN) in ration on ram semen concentration.
The experimental design used was the Nested of Completely Randomized Design with the Mixed Classification. The data were collected and were analysed by using analyses of variance and Duncan's New Multiple Range Test. Three crude protein levels were used in this study, namely 201 g, 113g, and 125g with similar TDN, amounting to 720 g. Nine experimental mature rams rams used Two semen ejaculates from each head were applied in each periods as sample. Each sample consisted of 3-subsamples for ten periods with 3 days elapsing between successive samplings.
The result of the study on the concentration of semen for treabnent 1,11 and III was 3301 ± 1349, 4296 f 1349, and 3948 i1349 million, respectively, and also were significant effect (p < 0,05)
