The analysis used an aproach that one fluid will transfer energy to the two other fluids. A mathematical model was developed in a form of systems of ordinary linear differential equations. The effectiveness was defined based on a concept of the infinite transfer area. The heat transfer was observed using LMTD concept. Three different temperature streams of water flowed into the heat exchanger made of a PVC pipe which was divided into three similar channels using copper metal sheets. The pipe was 1.5 inches in diameter and the length of the experimental section was 2 meters. The copper metal sheet was 1 mm thick. The direction of the flow was limited to one direction. The measurement of variables in the experiment were done using mass flow meters and temperature variations were measured by means of thermocouples at the inlet, middle, and outlet positions. Calculation art the effectiveness was also carried out. The research shows that temperature distribution obtained by the mathematical model is in agreement with that of the measurement, and deviation is not more than 5% , The lowest effectiveness occurs on the medium fluid temperature, while the highest one is on the hot or cold fluid depending on the fluid condition. The heat transfer can be estimated using q = UAF AT. where U, F, and AT, are taken according to the fluid.
