| Summary: | Lesion of pericoronitis is reaction of inflammation tissue at operculum because tooth erupsi of third molar mandibular. Target of this research is to know cell distribution of mastosit in the patient with lesion of pericoronitis.
Tissue of Operculum got from incoming patient to Oral Surgery and Oral Medicine clinic, of faculty of dentistry Gajah Mada University. Tissue made by histologis with paraffin method and painting with toluidin. Cell of mastosit counted and healthy tissue, tissue with chronic and acute lesion. Analysis result of using the way of statistic of ANOVA one band with trust 95%.
The research shown that cell of mastosit much more many lesion of pericoronitis chronic compared to with acute lesion and operculum healthy tissue
