Summary:The research is set to find out whether capitalism has a direct linear linkage to democracy. The analysis is mainly explored on theoretical discourse, which is based on several theoretical statements according to the perspective of political development. The scope of the analysis is roughly designed on the comparative studies of democratic political development experienced by the industrial/developed countries in the one hand, and the ones experienced by the underdeveloped countries, the other hand. The analysis seems to correlate the deterministic/evolutionary perspective of political devel- opment to several concepts of transitional ial democracy. The initial working hypothesis is taken as Francis Fukuyama stated that, the relationship between Capitalism and Democracy might has a "missing-link". The conclusions indicate that, some multilinear linkages in the relationship between capitalism and democracy might logically occured as the conditions listed belows are coming to happen
