ABSTRAK One of the main problem in the field of Public Health is the high prevalence of iron deficiency anemia. The existing control program is not complete and not integrated. An ORSA approach has been conducted for the implementation of the control program with main emphasis on iron supplementation. With in regard to the drug distribution and evaluation sub-system, it appears that the best approach is the integration of the control program with primary health care. The best activities as a media in primary health care services is Posyandu (integrated services post). A benefit and disadvantage analysis has been made on the possible alternatives. On the implementation of the program, it must be supported by relevant baseline data and a detail job description of the syitem components.
