Therelbre, this study was aimed at measuring turnover intention among nursing personnel at St. Joseph Hospital, Bandung. This self-administered questionnaire consisted of questions on demographic characteristics, work characteristics. organization characteristics, social support. quality of work environment, job stress, joh satisfaction, and turnover intention. The response rate of questionnaire was 95.6% (196/205 respondents). Results: The result showed that nurse intention of turnover was higher among the young age, unmarried, part-time workers, with tenure 0-3 years. Although the independent factors contributed only 41% in explaining turnover intention, multiple regression analysis revealed that organizational characteristics and job satisfaction have a significant affect on turnover intention.
