"The unevoiduble phenomenon accounpaynig the rapid : economic growth and the development the world of business is the emergence of conglomennion. h is thought that process will even increase in infelicity with the expansion of liberalization in the world of business. in which Indonesia has been no exception. The development has more or less changed the vision of trade in Indonesia from the culture 91 trade paternalism to that of trade professionalism.
This writing suggest to necessity for Indonesian bureaucrats to adapt in supporting the process of tranformation in the world ofbasiness in Indonesia by giving a feed back in the relationship between the business world and the bureaucrats which is characteristically interpersonal and paternalistic to became more impersonal in nature
