This matter will influence the service delivered to the voluntary participants of PT Askes.
Method: Observational research with a cross sectional design, the respondents were 38 fam¬ily physicians paid using a capitation by PT Askes in Medan City. Data were collected by using questionnaire and interview, and analysed using descriptive analysis, correlation Pearson test, t-test and the multiple linear regression.
Result: Level of satisfaction of family physician is 60,5% at low category. There is a significant relationship between of satisfaction with the perception about the degree of capitation (r=0,747 |
