A high asphalt content is meant to avoid segregation and the diffrence of the asphalt content. Thus, the filler content addition is needed, so that the width of the total aggregate surface which is covered by the asphalt will increase and also the flexibility and the durability of the mixture. Cement is not the only material which must be used as an aggregate to fill the HRS mixture B class (which had been carried out at IPJK, PJP and P3TN). It is necessary to consider the order fine material in order to obtain a lower cost and found naturally. The study of stability and the flexibility of the mixture was obtained by the marshall research standard, whereas the durable level was obtained from the marshall research standard through soaking the test equipments is the temperature of 60° C for 24 hours. The result of the research showed that the variety of the same filler content, the HRS mixture B class with the cement filler (CSE) are stable, flexible and durability is higher than the HRS mixture B class with the lime filler (CKA) and the HRS mixture B class livith the silt filler (CSA) from Krasak river.
