Decentralization is a way for central government to give delegation to the local government. Here, the local government can optimize their role in giving excellent services to the public. Sragen, as one of the region in Central Java, is one of the good examples of success decentralization. This region has made many institutional innovations. To support investment in Sragen, One Stop Service system has been built. This is the system where any kind of services that are needed by the public can be accomplished only in the same place which is called as Kantor Pelayanan Terpadu (Kpt).
